How the Portfolio Model Fits Together
- PMO / Portfolio Leadership
- Leadership Portfolios
- Capability Areas
- Projects & Initiatives
- Project Managers and Delivery Teams
Each Leadership Portfolio represents a durable area of project delivery. Capability Areas define the major disciplines within that portfolio, while projects and initiatives put those capabilities into practice.
Portfolio Leads maintain domain visibility and help Atlas leadership understand where new capabilities, project opportunities and delivery needs are emerging.
Across the Atlas Ecosystem
Atlas applies its portfolio model across the environments and initiatives it operates.
One of those environments is The Eddie System, where selected project concepts are developed into structured project simulations that allow Project Managers to build practical delivery experience.
As Atlas develops new client, partner and project opportunities, the same portfolio structure can support work beyond The Eddie System.
The People Behind the Work
Portfolio leadership is one layer of a broader project-management ecosystem that includes Project Managers operating across multiple delivery domains.
Connect With Atlas Project Ops
